In this course a performer learns to integrate acting methodologies with holistic practices like yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The overall aim is to connect to yourself as a creative. Use the techniques shown to develop a character from a neutral place. Most importantly, be capable of stepping back from the character and return into a neutral space once again. Self awareness is key.
